Task 3. Evaluate the plan’s likelihood of success.
Return to the plan you analyzed in Task 2. Will it work? Is the plan itself sustainable? (1 page)
Each plan has goals, and then steps for reaching those goals (proposed solutions).
- If the proposed solutions succeed, will they be enough to reach the goals of the plan? Is the plan specific or vague? What is missing?
- Are the proposed solutions likely to succeed? Why or why not? What resources are needed to complete the plan (people, money, political support)? Are these resources identified and available?
