Getting Started

Here is a list of some of the most important campus resources at BC. Visit them to find out what they can do for you. Each resource page will open in a new window. To return to the Canvas page, just close the window.

The following student success and support resources are available to Bellevue College students. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with these resources.

Academic Advising: schedule an appointment with an advisor to make sure you are on track with your academic and career goals
Academic Success Center: schedule an appointment with a tutor or to receive writing or reading support
Benefits Hub: access need based benefits and support such as rental or fool assistance
Bellevue College ITS: login to the ITS portal and chat or file a ticket with ITS support
Center for Career Connections: view the career services for students
Counseling Center: view the Counseling Center services and/or schedule a meeting with a counselor
Disability Resource Center: learn about their services and/or set up your accommodations
eLearning: view eLearning resources including resources for Canvas and Zoom
Financial Aid: apply for, or check the status of, your financial aid
Library Media Center: learn what services are provided for online students, including 24/7 "Ask a librarian" support
Multicultural Center: view resources for all enrolled students and students of color, lesbian/gay/transgender students, first-generation, refugee, and immigrant students
Neurodiversity Navigators: individualized advocacy and access services for Neurodivergent Bellevue College students
Office of International Education: learn about the programs and resources available to international students
TRiO: view services provided to first-generation college students, low-income students, and students with disabilities
Veterans Services: view the resources available for veterans
Workforce Education: learn about training and grants or schedule an appointment to meet with a support staff

Academic Success Center

The Academic Success Center (D204) houses four student support programs: Academic Tutoring, Math Lab, Writing Lab, and Reading Lab. The website provides information about the center as a whole and links to the individual websites of the four support programs. The Writing Lab offers an online writing tutor. The other three programs serve students only on campus.

Library-Media Center (LMC)

The LMC provides online access to electronic periodicals, research assistance, books, and publications. On-campus it offers computers with Internet connections, material reservation, media lab, study rooms, and other helpful resources.
