Objectives
- Develop active listening skills:Learn how to actively listen to others by focusing their attention, maintaining eye contact, and using nonverbal cues to demonstrate engagement and understanding.
- Enhance communication skills: Teach effective communication techniques, such as paraphrasing, summarizing, and asking clarifying questions, to facilitate clear and meaningful dialogue.
- Foster constructive dialogue: Encourage students to engage in respectful and constructive discussions by providing guidelines for expressing opinions, addressing disagreements, and finding common ground.
- Encourage reflection on personal strengths and areas for improvement in active listening and constructive dialogue.
