Objectives

  1. Develop active listening skills:Learn  how to actively listen to others by focusing their attention, maintaining eye contact, and using nonverbal cues to demonstrate engagement and understanding.
  2. Enhance communication skills: Teach effective communication techniques, such as paraphrasing, summarizing, and asking clarifying questions, to facilitate clear and meaningful dialogue.
  3. Foster constructive dialogue: Encourage students to engage in respectful and constructive discussions by providing guidelines for expressing opinions, addressing disagreements, and finding common ground.
  4. Encourage reflection on personal strengths and areas for improvement in active listening and constructive dialogue.
