First things first- In order to save any career research or test results from the free assessments in WOIS, you will need to create a portfolio file where you can save your work OK ~ let’s get started……

Access the WOIS web site at: www.wois.org Links to an external site.

  1. If you are not on campus you will need a site key to access this website. On the top right of the page enter
    WOIS with this year’s Site Key TJR944 
  2. On the left side of the page you will see a menu bar; click on 'Porfolio'
  3. Click on 'create new Porfolio'
  4. Read the Getting Started information and click Next. Follow all steps to create a portfolio

 

Helpful Reminders: 

  • User ID: Make sure that your User ID is a word or phrase or name that you will be able to remember easily. Make sure that your User ID is appropriate language for an educational setting. Use only letters and/or numbers – do not use special characters or spaces.
  • Password: The Password MUST be 6 to 10 characters long. Make sure that your Password is a word or phrase that you will be able to remember easily. Make sure that your Password is appropriate language for an educational setting. Use only letters and/or numbers – do not use special characters.
  • Create your personal User ID and Password. Please write down your USER ID and Password so you do not forget it.
  • Click the submit button. You are all done!
